  Tony Johnson is an experienced financial services commercial leader with over 40 years in sales and 25 years managing large, multi-regional sales and relationship management teams. He began his career in the business information sector before moving into institutional banking and asset servicing in the early 1990s. 

Tony spent over two decades at RBC, including 13 years as Global Head of Sales & Relationship Management for the asset servicing business and a further three years leading international wealth management client engagement. He has deep experience managing complex, long-term institutional relationships and has served on global operating committees and subsidiary boards across the UK, Europe, and Australia.

  Professor Amin Rajan is the Chief Executive of CREATE-Research – a network of researchers undertaking research and advisory assignments for governments, global banks, fund managers, multinational companies and international bodies such as the EU, OECD and ILO. 

As well as appearing on radio and television, he has contributed feature articles to The Financial Times, The Guardian, The Sunday Times, The Financial News, The London Evening Standard and IPE.

Marcus Yang is a seasoned corporate finance professional and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with over 25 years of experience across global banking, corporate finance, and advisory roles. 

He began his career at KPMG and Deloitte, gaining expertise in audit, transaction services, and corporate finance before moving into senior roles at GE Asset Management, GE Capital Leveraged Finance, and the Royal Bank of Scotland in London. Marcus has led origination and execution teams across private equity and leveraged finance transactions and later advised institutional investors at Channel Capital Advisors. 

Marcus is currently the CIO for a Family Office, Managing Director of Wester Capital and a board member of Westbridge Energy Corp, Abcor Finance, and Breathe Payments. 

He holds a degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and maintains CPA designations in Ontario, Canada, as well as CISI certification in the UK.

Ilias Georgopoulos is a senior executive and board advisor with over 30 years’ experience across financial services, asset servicing, and fund governance.

He has held senior leadership roles including CEO of Credit Suisse Multiconcept Fund Management, Global Head of Asset Owners at IQ-EQ, Global Head of Relationship Management & Sales at Alter Domus, and Executive Committee Member at RBC Investor Services Bank. Earlier in his career, he built deep hands-on fund-services expertise at State Street.

Ilias brings extensive experience leading regulated entities and complex cross-border operations, with a strong focus on governance frameworks, business transformation, senior stakeholder engagement, and client acquisition and retention strategies.

He has guided organisations through turnarounds, regulatory reviews and supervisory interactions (including CSSF, ECB, and FINMA), as well as inorganic growth and post-acquisition integrations.

Fluent in English, French, and Greek, Ilias operates comfortably at both board and executive levels across multiple jurisdictions. 

He is recognised for building high-performing leadership teams and fostering collaborative, accountable cultures that drive client retention, sustainable profitability, and long-term partnerships.

Jon Greene is a sought-after speaker and commentator on all aspects of marketing and communications with over 25 years of experience across commercial leadership, media, marketing and consulting . 

He began his career in publishing (Lloyds List and Haymarket)  before heading UK commercial activities at bfinance. From there he joined Incisive Media, overseeing hedge fund, family office, wealth management and fund services businesses. During this time he led teams launching and growing events, awards and investment  conferences on three continents. He then put together the team to build and successfully launch the world's first online hedge fund marketplace and due diligence engine, Fund Catalyst.  

Following this he established the UK office for French tech start-up UpSlide  and launched a family office data business, before joining MJ Hudson in their IR and Marketing consulting team which he went on to lead its multi-award-winning team through its acquisition by Apex Group. 

Jon is currently Managing Director of gamma gradient,  the specialist alternative asset marketing consultancy.

He holds a Masters in Natural Sciences from University of Cambridge with focus on Experimental Psychology.
