Blair McPherson is an accomplished financial services executive with over 30 years of international experience spanning asset management, fund services, and capital markets. His career includes senior leadership roles at leading institutions including Royal Bank of Canada, BNP Paribas, earlier roles at Assante Asset Management, Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) and most recently at Apex Group, where he served as Global Head of Investor Solutions and Strategy Advisor to the Group.


Blair was the Founder of Senasen Group, an advisory and digital platform designed to enhance investor relations and capital raising through innovative technology. The company was acquired by Apex Group.


Throughout his career, Blair has led global mandates across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia, advising asset managers, institutional investors, and fund service providers on market access, growth strategy, investor engagement, and business transformation.


Today, through Bymark Holdings, Blair advises, builds, backs, and scales businesses.
